Every order we print or embroider is made just for you. Because of that, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for sizing issues or a change of mind on personalized items. Please check the size chart on each product before you order, and reach out first if you are unsure about anything.

If the mistake is ours, we make it right. A misprint, a defect, or the wrong item shipped means a full refund or a free reprint and reshipment, whichever gets it fixed fastest. Just contact us and the Chattanooga Tshirt team will take care of it.
