Chattanooga Tshirt LLC (“we”, “us”) operates chattanoogatshirt.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a custom apparel print shop based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving customers locally and nationwide.

Information you give us
- Quote and contact forms. Your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the project you describe.
- Orders. Billing and shipping address, email, phone, the items ordered, and any personalization such as team names, numbers, or sizes.
- Artwork you upload. Logos, images, and design files you send us for printing.
- Account details. If you create an account, your username, email address, and saved addresses.
- Correspondence. Emails, texts, and messages you send us about a project.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source.
- Site statistics. Jetpack records aggregate visitor counts.
- Cookies. Your browser stores small files that keep your shopping cart intact, keep you logged in, and let analytics recognize repeat visits.
- Server logs. Our host records IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.
Payments
We do not see, handle, or store your full card number. Card payments are processed by WooCommerce Payments (Stripe) and PayPal, who receive your payment and billing details directly and handle them under their own privacy policies. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order:
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
- Payment processors, to take payment.
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations, proofs, and replies.
- Google Analytics, for the site usage data described above.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Order records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Quote requests and contact messages are kept while the project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reorder. Artwork files are retained so that reprints match your original order — tell us if you would rather we delete yours. Account information is kept until you ask us to close the account.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, except records we must keep by law.
- Ask us to delete artwork files you have sent us.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — parts of the shop may stop working if you do.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We do print youth and toddler apparel, but those orders are placed by adults.
Other places you may find us
We also sell through our Etsy shop. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy’s privacy policy, not this one.
