What is the minimum order?
24 pieces. Under that, DTG or DTF prints one shirt at a time with no setup cost.
How durable is the print?
Plastisol ink sits on top of the fabric and is the most durable print we make. It holds through repeated washing without fading or cracking.
How long does an order take?

Why is there a 24-piece minimum?
Every colour in a screen-printed design needs its own screen, and setting the press up takes the same time for 24 shirts as for 500. Under 24 pieces that setup would swamp the price, so we print small runs with DTG or DTF instead, one shirt at a time. We never charge screen setup fees; the minimum is what keeps the per-shirt price low.
How does the number of colours change the price?
Each ink colour is a separate screen and a separate pass, so a one-colour design is the cheapest and every extra colour adds a little per shirt. A back print or a sleeve print is a second location, which is a second pass on the press rather than just another colour. The calculator above prices both, and the written quote confirms it.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print sharpest, and we separate the colours for you. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works for simple shapes and text. Photos, gradients and very fine detail suit DTG or DTF better, and we will say so rather than force them through a screen. If your artwork is rough, our free graphic design help can rebuild it.
Can I mix sizes and shirt colours in one order?
Yes. The 24-piece minimum is per design, not per size, so one order can run from small to 3XL across several garment colours as long as the ink colours stay the same. 2XL and larger cost a little more because the blanks do. Light ink on dark shirts needs an underbase layer, which the quote accounts for.
