Questions
Do I need an account to use the online t-shirt designer?
No. There is no signup. Open the designer, build your shirt, and send it to us. You enter an email when you use the free AI art generation.
How does the free AI art generation work?
Describe the design you want, enter your email, and the tool generates artwork you can drop straight onto the shirt. Each customer gets one free generation, so put some thought into the prompt. If the idea needs to go further than that, our designer picks it up. Free design help is included with every order.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload your file, place it on the shirt, and use Remove Background if it came with a white box behind it. Not sure your file will hold up at print size? Send it with your order and ask. Design help comes with the job, and you see a digital proof before anything prints.
Can I save a design and finish it later?
Yes. Save Design stores your layout and My Designs loads it back, so you are not rebuilding it from scratch. Templates are there too if you would rather start from something already built.
What garments and colors can I choose from?
Six garment styles: Standard T-Shirt, Premium Cotton, Premium CVC Blend, Hoodie, Sweatshirt, and Long Sleeve Tee. Garment colors carry real PMS codes, so you are choosing from named color standards instead of guessing at a swatch. Design the front, the back, or both, then send it to our Chattanooga print shop. Every order gets a digital proof before we print.
What if my order is large or too complicated for the designer?
Then let us quote it. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and heat transfer vinyl all do things a web preview cannot show you. See what we run on our printing services page, then send the details through the free project quote form for team orders, multi-location prints, or anything you are unsure about.
