How the designer works

Tap an item to move it · drag a corner to resize · double-tap text to edit

  • Add Text (on the shirt, when nothing is selected): puts editable text on the shirt. Type in the panel box, or double-tap the text itself.
  • Add Art ▸ Library: tap any design to add it, then recolor it with the Color controls.
  • Add Art ▸ Upload: add your own image. Remove Background knocks out photo backgrounds.
  • Add Art ▸ AI Art: describe an idea and get artwork made for your shirt.
  • Add Art ▸ Store Templates: start from a ready-made design; everything on it stays editable.
  • Size / Rotate sliders: resize or rotate whatever is selected, with the printed size and angle shown beside them.
  • Placement: one-tap presets (above the shirt): Left Chest, Right Chest, Full Size.
  • Arch: curves your text. Tap ⟲ to straighten it and edit the wording on the shirt (the text box up top always works).
  • Undo / Redo: the arrow buttons by the shirt step back or forward through any change (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y).
  • Side buttons: bring forward, send back, duplicate, or delete the selected item.
  • Front / Back: design both sides; each side keeps its own artwork.
  • Dashed square (top row): shows or hides the printable area; the 🔍 by the canvas zooms in on it.
  • Full screen: the corner-brackets button at the top of the left rail fills your screen with the designer; the same button (or your phone’s Back) exits.
  • Garment & Color: switch garments and colors anytime; your design stays put.
  • Save Design / My Designs: save your design to your account and reload it anytime (log in or create a free account first).
  • Print Size: tap it, then tap your art to see the real printed size in inches.
  • Share: send a link anyone can open and keep editing.
  • Add to Cart / Get a Quote: check out with your design, or send it to the shop for a quote. Download Proofs (under Designs) saves proof images of it.

Questions

Do I need an account to use the online t-shirt designer?

No. There is no signup. Open the designer, build your shirt, and send it to us. You enter an email when you use the free AI art generation.

How does the free AI art generation work?

Describe the design you want, enter your email, and the tool generates artwork you can drop straight onto the shirt. Each customer gets one free generation, so put some thought into the prompt. If the idea needs to go further than that, our designer picks it up. Free design help is included with every order.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Upload your file, place it on the shirt, and use Remove Background if it came with a white box behind it. Not sure your file will hold up at print size? Send it with your order and ask. Design help comes with the job, and you see a digital proof before anything prints.

Can I save a design and finish it later?

Yes. Save Design stores your layout and My Designs loads it back, so you are not rebuilding it from scratch. Templates are there too if you would rather start from something already built.

What garments and colors can I choose from?

Six garment styles: Standard T-Shirt, Premium Cotton, Premium CVC Blend, Hoodie, Sweatshirt, and Long Sleeve Tee. Garment colors carry real PMS codes, so you are choosing from named color standards instead of guessing at a swatch. Design the front, the back, or both, then send it to our Chattanooga print shop. Every order gets a digital proof before we print.

What if my order is large or too complicated for the designer?

Then let us quote it. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and heat transfer vinyl all do things a web preview cannot show you.
