What does digitizing mean?
An embroidery machine cannot read a logo file. We digitize your artwork once, converting it into a stitch file that sets the stitch density, direction and thread colors for your design. That file is yours from then on: we keep it and reuse it on every order after the first, so your logo comes out identical on a polo today and a jacket next year. What can you embroider?
Polos, structured caps, beanies, quarter-zips, jackets and bags. Structured and heavier garments carry stitching best. Left-chest logos and hat fronts are the everyday work; ask about other placements and we will tell you honestly what thread can and cannot do.
When is printing the better choice?

Do I pay for digitizing on every order?
No. Your logo is digitized once. We keep the stitch file and reuse it on every reorder.
Can I order a small batch?
Yes. Jobs are quoted per garment and stitch count, so a handful of polos for a small crew is a normal order here.
How long does an order take?

What file should I send for embroidery?
Send whatever you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest stitch file, but a good PNG or JPG works for most logos. We digitize in house, so a rough file can be cleaned up before it becomes stitches. Very fine text and hairline strokes are the one thing thread cannot do well; if a detail needs simplifying we say so, and you see the result in the proof first.
Where does the embroidery go, and how big can it be?
Left chest is the standard for polos, jackets and quarter-zips, usually 3.5 to 4 inches wide. Caps take a front design up to about 2.25 inches tall, with the back arch and side as extra locations. Full backs and sleeves are possible too. Stitch count drives the price more than size does, so a simple design can run larger for about the same cost as a small busy one.
How many thread colours can I use?
Every colour in your logo is stitched in its own thread, so more colours mean more stitches and a little more per piece; the calculator above asks for the count. Thread is matched to your brand colours from a standard chart, so a Pantone match is close rather than exact, and the proof shows the thread choices before we stitch.
Can you embroider on garments I already own?
Yes, as long as they are new and unworn. We prefer to order the blanks ourselves because we know which fabrics and cap panels stitch cleanly, and it rarely costs more. Bring your own and the quote comes down a little per piece. We do not make loose patches, only embroidery direct on the garment.
