These terms apply to custom printing, embroidery, and design work ordered from Chattanooga Tshirt LLC, whether through this website, by phone, or by email. Placing an order means you accept them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes and calculator results on this site are estimates. Final pricing depends on garment availability, ink or thread colors, print locations, stitch count, and artwork condition. We confirm the final price in writing before we print. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Artwork and proofs

  • You will receive a digital proof before anything is printed.
  • We print exactly what you approve. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colors, and placement shown on it. Please read proofs carefully.
  • Changes requested after proof approval, or after production has started, may incur additional charges and a new turnaround time.
  • Low-resolution artwork may print poorly. We will tell you if we think a file is unsuitable, and we offer design services to rebuild it.

Artwork ownership

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. We do not print material that infringes another party’s trademark or copyright. You agree to be responsible for any claim arising from artwork you supply.

Designs we create for you are yours to use once your order is paid in full. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

Minimums and turnaround

Screen printing has an order minimum; direct-to-garment and direct-to-film do not. Turnaround begins when both your proof is approved and payment terms are met — not when the order is placed. Rush service is available for an additional fee where our schedule allows. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays.

Payment

Website orders are paid at checkout. Larger custom and team orders may require a deposit before production, with the balance due before shipping or pickup. We accept major cards and PayPal.

Garments and color

  • Garment colors on screen vary by monitor and will not match the physical garment exactly.
  • Ink and thread colors are matched as closely as the process allows; exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing beforehand.
  • If a garment style or size becomes unavailable from our supplier mid-order, we will contact you before substituting a comparable item.
  • Standard industry practice allows for a small under-run or over-run on large orders. We will discuss this with you if it affects your job.

Shipping

We ship nationwide. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any problem within 7 days.

Cancellations

You may cancel before proof approval at no charge. After proof approval, cancellation may not be possible because garments and screens have already been prepared; any costs already incurred remain payable.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
