HOW TO MEASURE
Body length: Lay the garment flat, face down, and measure from the center back neckline seam straight down to the bottom of the front hem.
Body width: Lay the garment flat and measure across the chest 1″ below the armhole.
Manufacturer measurements can vary up to 1″. If you are unsure or between sizes, size up.
📦 PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Made to order. Most orders ship in 5-10 business days. Complex customizations or peak season (August-December) may take 7-14 business days.
Cancellations: Requests accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once the blank is ordered or printing begins, we can no longer cancel.
Returns: Because every jersey is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing. Please measure and review your proof carefully.
Shipping issues: Once the package is scanned in by USPS or FedEx, delivery is in the carrier’s hands. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help with the claim.
