📦 SHIPPING & SHOP POLICIES

Proofing: We send digital proofs before printing. Delays in approval will result in delays in shipping.
All Sales Final: Because items are custom made to order, they cannot be resold. No returns or exchanges for sizing or personalized items.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the blank garment is ordered or customization begins, we cannot cancel.
Missing Packages: Once the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has the package, they are responsible for delivery. If your item is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim.
