📦 Shipping Policy:
Most orders ship within 10 business days. During high-volume periods, it may take up to 20 business days. Once the carrier (USPS/FedEx) has the item, they are responsible for delivery. Most orders are covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program for lost or late tracked items.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Replacements:
Because our items are custom-made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for sizing issues. We will replace any item at no cost if the error was ours (printing defect). However, if a digital proof was approved by you, any errors in that proof are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged items, contact us within 14 days with photos.

🛑 Cancellations:
You may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the blank garment is ordered or customization begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

📦 Steps for a Missing Order:
1. Check surroundings and wait 3 additional business days.
2. Submit a “Help Request” via your Etsy account.
3. If unresolved after 48 hours, escalate the case to Etsy for a refund.
